More updates to Text chapter of Lisp manual.

* doc/lispref/text.texi (Mode-Specific Indent): Document new behavior of
indent-for-tab-command.  Document tab-always-indent.
(Special Properties): Copyedits.
(Checksum/Hash): Improve secure-hash doc.  Do not recommend MD5.
(Parsing HTML/XML): Rename from Parsing HTML.  Update doc of
libxml-parse-html-region.
